Breakfast had so much variety. the staff was really friendly. They were always smiling and happy to help. i also liked the location right on the beachfront. plus there were many restaurants and shops just across the street. That was super convenient.
The pool didn't have constant service. i wanted drinks and snacks by the pool, but that was hard. the drink choices were not excellent either. the pool needed some fixes. I noticed missing tiles, and the jacuzzi wasn't working.

inadequate cleaning obstructed view
The breakfast buffet presented an excellent variety.
My room suffered from inadequate cleaning. I had to wipe surfaces myself. The ocean view I paid extra for proved disappointing due to obstructions. some of the room accessories such as door handles looked quite old.
